to the Wangetti Organisation (Wangetti Org) website, which aims to showcase the natural beauty of the Wangetti Region, while promoting the highest values of conservation and rehabilitation.

This is a constantly evolving site, with content being added at least several times each week. Check the "last update" date near the base of this page to know when the site was last modified.

All images on the site have captions - to view the caption, hover mouse over image (for those using a touchscreen only, such as a tablet or smartphone, long touch an image to bring up a download option, which will have the image name/title). Emergency - (Dangerous Fauna) a detailed list of fauna to avoid; (Dangerous Flora) a detailed list of plants to avoid; (Emergency Information) important information on how to treat all of the medical situations that may present; (TC Jasper) information on what happened during TC Jasper.
History - (Geological) shows the vast range of geological upheavels that led to the current geology; (Settlers) describes the history of the region from the time Europeans first landed here; (Traditional Owners) details the historical aboriginal relationship with country in the Greater Wangetti Region.

Nature - (Climate) describes the temperature and rainfall patterns in the area; (Fauna) provides information and extensive species lists for fauna generally, and also Amphibians, Birds, Fish, Mammals and Reptiles of the area, specifically; (Flora) gives information and an extensive species list for the regional flora; (Soils) breaks down the evolution of the regions soils and shows, using accurate soil maps, where each soil type can be found.
Projects - (Clean Up Australia) chronicles the Clean Up Australia annual Wangetti CUA events; (Wangetti Community Group) introduces the Wangetti Community Group and informs about the various projects and ideals the group is currently focused on; (Wangetti Recovery) this is the old community group website which featured during the days of the Wangetti Recovery Project - a project designed to save the Wangetti Beach Reserve from inappropriate overuse and vehicle abuse.
